Caution: This plugins all the time doesn’t work for everyone so it worked for me it may not work for you also .

So the solution is:

implement it and then just again check the site speed from the above method and if it decrased the speed rather. then delete that plugin and check other one

Note: Installing and activating plugin is not enough, You need to configure it.
